We know it’s been difficult trying to operate a click and collect and delivery system without a platform, so we’ve been hard at work during lockdown to find a solution. We are now very pleased to launch our new online shop!
You can shop in a number of different ways:
- You can select the category and browse all products within that category (i.e. raw dog food, dry cat food)
- You can filter by flavour, brand or quality and browse all products that come up with that attribute (i.e. duck, Unique Raw or long-lasting)
- You can select a price range
- Or you can use a combination of any category / filter / price to find what you are looking for
- You will soon be able to search under product title if you know the name of the item you are looking for (i.e. Natures Menu Duck Necks, pizzle), but that is still under development.
Please place your order in a reasonable time before you run out of food – we aim to process all collection orders within 24hrs, but if you’re desperate for food then head over to the Winslow shop to tide you over.
We have uploaded the 1000 most popular products so far, but will be adding items on a regular basis, so please keep checking back. In the meantime, if there is something you want that you can’t find, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
When you place your first order you will need to create an account. By entering just a few details you will be able to get your loyalty points, see what you bought in the past and easily place a repeat order. If you want your store points transferred to your online account, then simply send us an email to let us know.
If you choose to collect your order, you will receive an initial acknowledgement email, but please wait for an Order Complete confirmation email before going to your pick up point. Collections times are:
Chamberlain Road, Aylesbury HP19 8DY 12-6pm Monday to Saturday (ends 30th June)
Manor Farm, Buckingham Road, Whitchurch HP22 4RB, 12-6pm Monday to Friday, 9-6 Saturday
When you come to the warehouse, please do not enter the building – we will come to you!
If you prefer to receive a delivery, use our postcode checker to find out what day we deliver in your area. Deliveries are Tuesday to Saturday in Aylesbury and Winslow, and set days outside that area.
If you have ordered frozen goods, please let us know a safe place where we can leave them when you check out in the Order Notes box. We will pack goods as best we can in a polystyrene box, but please be advised that frozen items, particularly small ones, will defrost if left for too long and we cannot take responsibility if this happens.
We are looking into a system that will help with delivery routes and times so we can let customers know a delivery time slot, so watch this space.
Your order will be picked, packed and checked, and then checked again before it is loaded onto the van, but mistakes do sometimes happen. Please make sure you unpack your order and notify us of any issues within 24hrs of your delivery.
