Yes. We are classed as essential retail and therefore able to stay open throughout lockdown.

The Winslow shop is open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday. Although there is no legal restriction on the number of customers allowed in at a time, please bear in mind it is a small shop, so we request that some members of your household wait outside if at all possible. You are no longer required to wear a face covering in the shop, however we will still wear one and request that you are respectful of our staff and other customers. If you would like one, you can buy a disposable face mask for £1 in store.

The Whitchurch shop is open Friday 2pm-6pm and Saturday 10am – 6pm. You can order through our website www.uniquepets.co.uk for collection or delivery. Please make sure that you check carefully which service you are opting for and the date chosen as mistakes can’t be changed later.

You can order online for collection at Whitchurch. If you place your order before 4pm, you can now collect the same day. The warehouse is open for Collection Only from 10am-6pm Tuesday to Saturday. Please wait for a completion email before coming to collect your order to avoid disappointment. Customers are no longer required to wear a face covering when collecting an order at Whitchurch, however we will still wear one and request that you are respectful of our staff and other customers.

You can order online for delivery, either by our own van if we cover your area, or via a national courier. Local deliveries operate Tuesday to Saturday and you will be offered the next available slot when placing your order online. Please return any polystyrene boxes at the time of delivery if possible, or when you receive your next order. Please note that from 1 February our delivery charges are increasing to £2.50 in Winslow and Aylesbury, and £6.50 elsewhere to cover our increased costs in offering this service. We are still offering free delivery on orders over £50.

If we don’t cover your area in our own van, we are now offering national deliveries using a next-day courier service. You must place a minimum order of 5kg for a frozen delivery, if you order less than that amount your order may be delayed. Please note that we do not dispatch national deliveries on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or public holidays. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day.

Currently we have good stock levels of most products, but please bear with us if we run short of a few items, particularly where they are coming from Europe and are being delayed at the border. We are trying our best to source replacement products from alternate suppliers and do usually have lots of other similar products.
